Working at RPA is a great pleasure for me. We work as a family and everybody is close. It’s a great atmosphere, we always have fun and I truly enjoying coming to work every day. It also has fantastic perks, such as paid lunch and parking, free snacks, discount membership cards, half working Fridays, incredible parties, paid professional subscriptions, game and TV area, medical insurance scheme, provident fund and more! More importantly though, RPA is a place which makes us grow to greater height, offering new opportunities of learning and strengthening our inherent skill sets. Hard work and talent are recognized and appreciated. Both the team and management are very supportive and helpful. The management are a group of people who are refreshingly down to earth, approachable, and caring. I look forward to being a part of RPA for a long time to come.
